Please follow the instructions from there. Once your password is reset, you can login Building your Guest List: Building your guest list is one of the most important parts of your event! We also understand it can be the most difficult. Here are some example scenarios for you to think about as you build your guest list on Quinceaneras App: 1. Do you have your guests' names/emails? We suggest you build your guest list with all the names or emails that you know. This way, when a guest tries to access your site they can put in their name or email which will hopefully match what you have on your guest list. If you do not know all of your guest emails- that’s ok! Guests will always be prompted to enter their email first when they sign in on both the event website and through the app. If they enter an email that is not on the guest list (or if you do not have an email listed for them at all), they will be prompted to type in their name. From there, if guests type in their name as it appears on the guest list, they will have access to the event right away. Those names/emails not on your guest list will automatically get populated to your guest list once a guest signs in. 2. Do you have multiple events? Do the events have different privacy settings? If everyone is invited to every event, we suggest that you set all of your event settings to PUBLIC. This way, all of your guests can see all of the event information. If you have an event where specific guests are invited, we suggest setting that event to PRIVATE. If you choose to enable RSVPs, you will need to invite individual guests to the private event. If you have RSVPs enabled, go to your guest list, and select guests you want invited to that event. Guests will then be able to RSVP for all events! 3. Do you know names of +1's? +1's are great to use when you don't know the accompanying guest name! They are also great for when there are kids involved whose names you don't know. You can set up your +1's one of two ways listed below. EXAMPLE 1: All of your guests are invited with a +1 --> set up universal +1's. This means that everyone on your guest list is automatically granted a +1 (or +2, +3, etc.). EXAMPLE 2: You can also manually add the +1 for a specific guest or couple. If you have guests grouped together, the group can be granted a plus one. When you set up +1's, any member of that group who logs into your event (for example, a couple with 2 kids), any group member can RSVP for that entire party. To find out more click here. 4. Do you have couples invited? When you have couples whose names you know, add them as 2 separate guest list entries. Next, select them, and gro When either member of the couple goes to your site to RSVP (if enabled), they will be greeted as a couple, and one person will be able to RSVP for both of them. If the couple has kids whose names you do not know, please refer to question #3. 5. Privacy settings - what do you want people to see? Your event privacy is the main setting of your account; this has nothing to do with event privacy. Depending on your privacy setting, guests will be able to see some, all, or none of your content without signing in. When a guest signs in to your site, we always ask for guests names and emails. They don't have to match against your guest list, but the info is updated onto your guest list, so you have an accurate overview of who is accessing your event. 6. How do you set up RSVPs? You can set up RSVPs for all of your events, or a few of your events. To find out how to do this, click here. To access your Guest List from web: Guest emails DO have to be on your Guest List for guests to get access. When do guests have to enter their email address? 1. The first time they access your app Guests will always have to enter their email address and name after entering your wedding code, which is mandatory for the use of our platform app. Even if the email address is not on your list, the guest will be not granted access to your RSVP. We need to know the email at the very beginning so our platform app can recognize admins versus guests and serve the correct app experience. Once we know that the email address does not belong to the admin/ host, the guest can interact with your app based on your Guest List setup and Privacy Settings. 2. When they want to RSVP on your site (if you have Private Events and/or Guest List Match enabled) 3. When they want to leave a message or add a photo on your site (if you have Guest List Match enabled) What happens if their email address is not on my Guest List? 1. If a guest enters their name and email but only their name is on the list, they will be granted access to RSVP, post messages, , etc. The email address they entered will be added to their name in your guest list. 2. If a guest enters their name and email but only their email is on the list, they will be granted access to RSVP, post messages, etc. The name they entered will be added to their email in your guest list. 3. If neither their name nor their email matches your list, they will be prompted to request access.

Create a event website that is uniquely yours, completely customizable, and anticipates all your Quinces planning needs.
Planning your event can be both an exciting and stressful experience. Sending invitations, keeping track of RSVPs, providing information for Quincaneras events, and a slew of other essential tasks can quickly overwhelm even the most organized parents.
Fortunately, there’s a simple solution: the event website. This convenient tool provides a range of benefits to help you plan your Quinces, share helpful information with guests, and get everyone excited for the upcoming festivities.

When guests RSVP for the ceremony and reception, for example, you can ask about dietary preferences and restrictions and if they plan to bring a plus one.
If you’re planning a destination fiesta, it may be wise to ask when guests will arrive and depart and where they plan on staying.

Pricing Questions Might You Have
We don’t have to tell you that planning a event is never simple. There are so many grey areas to navigate: Lilac or Baby Blue Quince dress? Buttercream or fondant on the cake? DJ or live band for entertainment? We could go on…
That said, there is one aspect of your event that should be black & white: the contracts you sign.
If you learn only one thing from us about booking your venue and vendors, it’s this:Get everything in paper.
And once you do, make sure you understand and agree to all the terms before you sign on the dotted line. A well-written contract protects you in critical ways:
- it locks in the pricing you have agreed on, and
- it spells out exactly what you’re purchasing, eliminating any surprise changes to fees or services :).
Sure, getting a proper contract with each vendor sounds like something everyone would insist on. But because planning a event is such an emotional process, Padrinos or Parents sometimes neglect this all-important step. We know you wouldn’t dream of buying a new car without a warranty, so why would you purchase event services—some of which cost as much or more than a car!—without equivalent protection?
We’re convinced that this advice is a potential lifesaver, because we’ve heard many a sad story from lots of families.
The devil is in the litle details, so make sure your contracts cover everything, from the name of the package(s) you’ve reserved and the hours you’ll have access to them, to the number and flavor of the layers in your cake. Also, be wary of any location representative or event professional that only “corresponds” via the phone. Events professionals who don’t put their prices in writing might as well have the word “shady” tattooed on their foreheads.
Read the fine print carefully and before you sign , make sure that there are no unexpected omissions or additions, that you understand everything, and that you can afford what you’re agreeing to. If you don’t take the time to thoroughly review your contract, you could be kicking yourself when you see the final bill.
Trust us: Events trends may come and go, but well-written contracts in crisp black & white will always be in style.
It’s always a good idea to make sure you’ve thought of every detail. Our checklist lets you choose between a little guidance or a lot, depending on your needs.
Yes! We know that a weekend away and a local affair are two very different kinds of events. So your personalized to-do list will reflect that.
No problem. You can edit any of your event details whenever you want and we’ll update your checklist accordingly.
That’s totally up to your Parents. We’re here to help you and your parents in any way we can. The only thing we can’t do? Be there on the big day, coordinating everyone from your photographer and caterer to your Quinces party. But we’ll be there if you invite us!
